Demand for Apartments up along Electronic City – Kanakapura Road stretch


Electronic CIty is a Sub IT Cityof Bengaluru which is in the Southern peripheries of the Bengaluru city, between Singasandra and Bommasandra Area. This area developed as a result of the growth of IT Companies in Electronic CIty as well as proximity to the NICE Ring Road (NRR). Kanakapura Road is in the Jayanagar – Talaghattapura stretch of the NICE Ring Road, one of the most active and sought-after micro-markets of the city.
With the establishment of the IT Zone in Electronic City and later proliferation of  SMART CITY from Cisco with captive and non-captive campuses in the region, the locations in the surrounding, such as Electronic City Phase I, received a fillip with developments in residential segments. The Electronic CIty Doddathoguru Area mainly gained prominence on account of its proximity to office developments and NICE ring Road. With office space developments and expansion by major corporates gaining momentum along the  Hosur Road, Electronic City started to witness activity in the residential domain.“

Electronic City are well-connected to the different parts of the city. The NICE Ring Road runs through Electronic City and connects the location with Kanakapura road and Sarjapur and Central Silk Board junction in the south.
Electronic City is connected to the city through the Hosur Main Road , NICE Road & Hosur Elevated Road. It also connects to the Nice Road through the Kanakapura Main Road to connet Metro station of Kanakapura Road.

Most of the upcoming supply is midrange projects in the price range of Rs 3,500-5,500 per sqft.This will lead to several companies moving in here, which will keep residential property demand up.
