The Golden Gate Affordable Housing Comes To Bengaluru
Rising affluence and sophistication in recent times only means that we expect more out of life, jobs and homes. The home is not merely a roof over the head, but the aesthetic housing complex must offer several good recreational facilities besides the security aspect. Location is so very important and must be in close proximity to transport facilities, schools, banks, shopping and hospitals.
Bengaluru offers enough infrastructures to build a world of dreams besides the professional satisfaction in a cosmopolitan setting. A number of communities have fused together rather well after the coming of the global software empire. The rising cost of living means that the well-heeled would be comfortable in luxury housing projects, but affordable housing would also be available especially in the city periphery.
Starting 1997, Golden Gate Properties Limited embarked on spectacular residential and commercial property, infrastructure building in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Since it is the people who motivate dynamic companies, Pratap Kunda (MD) and Sanjay Raj (CEO) have been instrumental in pushing Golden Gate to the acme of real estate dreams with profound initiative and drive. The former established the company in 1995 and studied electronics engineering at Osmania University in Hyderabad. The latter studied post-graduation in management.
The fabulous news making the rounds is of Cummune Properties India, an affordable housing scheme under GG that proposes to build 7000 apartments. After successful several luxury living projects, the affordable housing in tier i and tier ii South Indian cities comes as a happy surprise. Sanjay Raj spoke of the Branded Affordable Homes segment with Commune One being the first round.
Under this initial plan, Marasur in Electronic City, Bengaluru will witness the establishment of a gated community. The apartments would range from 1BHKs of 765 square feet to 3BHKs that would have an area of 1500 square feet.
The future will have many more such residential stories to tell. Twelve more such Commune projects would be built across the country. Chennai and Mysore would be the next locations to commence work this year. The projects at Hyderabad and Vijayawada, Vizag, Mangalore and Coimbatore would be launched next year.
Most famous for luxury apartments and villas in Bengaluru, the completed GG projects list indicates many milestones in real estate management and performance. The Golden Grand fantasy of 23 floors of ultra luxury apartments at Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru with HOK architecture is the final word. If you are interested in the independent villa lifestyle, Golden Homes Phase 2 at Sarjapur Road has 68 villas that take the breath away.
Among the current projects is the Presidential tower at Yeshwanthpur, a 50 storey residential magnum opus. Meant for the wealthy, amenities include fountains, a large swimming pool, tennis courts and jogging track.
Another current wonder project is the Golden Ira located at the rapidly developing Yelahanka in North Bengaluru. Golden Ira would be a wise investment in view of proximity to ITIR, future malls and apparel park. Amenities like bio-pool, mini theatre and scared grove bring the exotic element. Party lawns, multipurpose hall and fitness zone allow for creative activities. Facilities for indoor games keep you fit too.
